Merli Eichler

Merli has more than 20 years of experience working as an advocate. She represents clients in court proceedings and in insolvency (bankruptcy) matters, and has represented clients in several disputes before the Supreme Court. She provides expert, high-quality legal assistance in contract law, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), insurance law and employment law, as well as in areas connected with the activities of the state and local governments, including administrative proceedings, public procurement, planning and construction. Merli has represented and advised clients in a number of public procurement matters and disputes – her clients have included large transport and medical companies. She also has long experience in resolving complex contract disputes in court.
